This place is wonderfully situated in the city center, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I appreciated having a kitchenette in the studio apartment.

It's our place to stay when in Wroclaw! The rooms are reasonably large, excellent and convenient location. You can see the lake from your window. The staff is affable and helpful and accommodates all of guests' needs.

Odradzam rezerwowanie tego obiektu. Mój pobyt to była jedna wielka katastrofa. Zdjęcia na stronach nijak się mają do tego, jak wygląda mieszkania w rzeczywistości. Pomijając już fakt, że mieszkanie jest zniszczone i np. jest deska do prasowania, ale nie ma już żelazka, kanapa ma wielką dziurę na samym środku, to mieszkanie jest po prostu strasznie brudne i zniszczone, ale to nic w porównaniu do braku wody i brudnego prysznica na dodatek pełenego kamienia. Kiedy chciałam wziąć prysznic po całym dniu tutaj okazuje się, że prysznic nie działa, a że bo godzinie 22 nie ma się z kim skontaktować, zostałam zostawiona z problemu sama. Napisałam do obsługi o moim problemie po 2 dniach nie dostałam nawet informacji, że otrzymali oni mój e-mail. Kiedy zadzwoniłam usłyszałam od niezadowolonej pani tylko wyuczona formułkę, że ustawowo maja 30 dni na to, żeby rozpatrzyć tą sprawę i ktoś się ze mną skontaktuje. A to już jest jakiś żart, 30 dni, żeby rozpatrzyć fakt, że jest to niemożliwe, żeby ktoś „sprzątała” w tym mieszkaniu nie sprawdzając, czy prysznic działa, czy nie. Dopiero gdy skontakowalam się z booking.com „manager” obiektu odpisał, że mają 30 dni na rozpatrzenie wniosku. Booking.com miał również wielkie problemy, żeby dojść do jakiegoś porozumienia z obiektem, który potrafi tylko powtarzać, że maja 30 dni, po czym stwierdzili, że nie zgadzają się z moimi zarzutami. Czyli, z tym że zostało mi sprzedane brudne i niedziałające mieszkanie. Obiekt wynajmuje mieszkania niezgodne z tym co reklamuje. Strata czasu i pieniędzy. Za mniejsze pieniądze można wynająć hostel w lepszych i czystszych warunkach z działającym prysznicem.

The place is brand new and enjoyable, staff are friendly and helpful, and they take care of on-site parking.

The rooms here are quite quiet with a lovely view of the lake, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is fantastic, being near the town center and a local cafe.

The breakfast options at the café are plentiful, the room size is decent with a balcony, and the location is excellent, being very convenient and close to various places, including the airport which is only a 20-minute drive away.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding - you truly get more than what you paid for. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch, and I especially loved the rooms with nice balconies.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well-furnished and clean, and I particularly loved the balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in an excellent area, it was just a short walk to the main attractions, making it very convenient.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel was at a great location in the city, just a few minutes walk from the town center and shopping areas. the apartment itself was fairly new and clean, which was great. There was also a nice view from the apartment that made the stay more enjoyable.

The staff was not very helpful when issues were brought up. the TV was broken and missing equipment was not provided promptly.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming aparthotel in the heart of Stare Miasto. The cobblestone alleys and reconstructed medieval buildings surrounding the property created a truly unique atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. It felt like having our own personal chef - minus the hefty price tag!

Confusing reception location.

The hotel’s location was quite convenient, being very close to the main square and not far from the city center. it was situated near the river which offered a pleasant view. the room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. the service was satisfactory, with the friendly staff always ready to help and provide useful information.

The breakfast was quite disappointing, with low quality products and not worth the money.

I spent my Christmas in an apartment that was very well-located. It was close to the main square, which was perfect for buying Christmas gifts and enjoying the festive atmosphere. The apartment was also equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. Everything was in great condition, which made the preparation of our Christmas dinner a breeze. Another great feature was the stunning view we had from the apartment balcony. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset over the beautiful city.

The apartment lacked in some kitchen utensils, like extra bowls and glasses, which made cooking a bit of a challenge. We also encountered some minor issues with the cleanliness of the apartment.
